Mark Davis is a corporate M&A lawyer who advises on all types of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on advising family offices, management teams and mid-market private equity funds on investments, buyouts, joint ventures and exits. Prior to setting up Integritas Advisory, Mark was head of the London corporate group and co-chair of the global private equity group of international law firm McDermott Will & Emery.
Since qualifying as a lawyer in the UK in 1995, Mark has had a lead role in many interesting and challenging transactions across multiple sectors, acting for buyers, sellers and management. These include the buyouts of William Hill, eircom, Bezier, Amtico, Interdean, Travelex, Harwich Port, Auto Windscreens, Valtris Specialty Chemicals, the EMI music publishing business, Butterkist, Tyrells, Medi-Globe, Provimi and CJ Fallon. He has worked closely with many UK and US private equity funds, including Cinven, CVC Capital Partners, Permira, Oakley Capital, HIG Capital, Levine Leichtman, Warburg Pincus, Montagu Private Equity, Carlyle European Technology Partners and General Atlantic.
In addition, Mark has worked alongside family offices and entrepreneurs, advising on structuring their operations, investments, acquisitions and disposals. He has sat on the boards of several global owner-managed companies, investment committees, audit committees and chaired nominations and remuneration committees.

Outside of the business, Mark is interested in education and arts projects. He served as governor of a state primary school in London and on the business development committee of The Philharmonia Orchestra. Mark holds an MA Law from Trinity College, Cambridge and subsequently graduated from The College of Law.

Patricia has directly devised or overseen a wide array of acquisitions, mergers, divestments, MBOs and MBIs. She has specialist experience in private company takeovers and divestments, buyouts and buy-ins, corporate tax structuring and optimisation and tax structures for management.

Julian qualified as a UK lawyer in 1990 and has specialised in employment law ever since. He set up and ran a successful employment department in a leading law firm with offices in London and the Thames Valley, before leaving to set up his own specialist law firm.
Julian is a specialist in both contentious and non-contentious employment work and advises clients in industry sectors as diverse as sport, publishing, retail, travel, IT, biosciences, scientific research, professional and other services, public sector, social housing, education and manufacturing.
