Mark Davis is a corporate M&A lawyer who advises on all types of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on advising family offices, management teams and mid-market private equity funds on investments, buyouts, joint ventures and exits.  Prior to setting up Integritas Advisory, Mark was head of the London corporate group and co-chair of the global private equity group of international law firm McDermott Will & Emery.

Since qualifying as a lawyer in the UK in 1995, Mark has had a lead role in many interesting and challenging transactions across multiple sectors, acting for buyers, sellers and management. These include the buyouts of FOSROC, William Hill, eircom, Bezier, Amtico, Interdean, Travelex, Harwich Port, Auto Windscreens, Valtris Specialty Chemicals, the EMI music publishing business, Butterkist, Tyrells, Medi-Globe, Provimi and CJ Fallon. He has worked closely with many UK and US private equity funds, including Cinven, CVC Capital Partners, Permira, Oakley Capital, HIG Capital, Levine Leichtman, Warburg Pincus, Montagu Private Equity, Carlyle European Technology Partners and General Atlantic.

In addition, Mark has worked alongside family offices and entrepreneurs, advising on structuring their operations, investments, acquisitions and disposals.  He has sat on the boards of several global owner-managed companies, investment committees, audit committees and chaired nominations and remuneration committees.

Outside of the business, Mark is interested in education and arts projects.  He served as governor of a state primary school in London and on the business development committee of The Philharmonia Orchestra.  Integritas Advisory is committed to providing pro bono advice and partnering with charitable and community organisations.

Mark holds an MA Law from Trinity College, Cambridge and subsequently graduated from The College of Law.

Murray Taylor joined Integritas Advisory as a corporate senior associate in 2024. Having qualified as a lawyer in New South Wales in 2015, he brings a wealth of experience advising boards, management and entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Prior to joining Integritas, Murray worked in London at international law firm CMS, and at elite Sydney firm Gilbert + Tobin. His primary areas of focus are private M&A, venture capital investments and general corporate work, but he has deep and broad generalist experience, having assisting clients with corporate governance matters, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance issues, and more. His experience spans numerous sectors including financial services, private equity, technology, manufacturing, energy and resources, and professional services.

Murray holds Bachelors qualifications from the University of Newcastle (Australia) and postgraduate coursework qualifications from the University of Sydney (Graduate Diploma of Business Law) in corporate, finance and securities law.

Murray holds diploma qualifications in piano (Associate in Music, Australia, 2018) and is a proud trustee of the children’s music charity Kidenza, which is dedicated to bringing high-quality orchestral music experiences to school children in disadvantaged areas in England.
